As the CRM Manager, you’ll develop strategies to help drive acquisition and retention and deliver a personalised customer experience. You’ll build out tools, customer journeys and segmentation to deliver optimised experiences which encourage loyalty, cross sell and limit churn.
- Develop and manage customer strategies aligned to business and brand outcomes
- Design and implement strategies for Prospecting, Nurture, Conversion, Cross Sell and Loyalty
- Manage CRM marketing campaigns end to end, both acquisition and retention across eDM, SMS, and re-targeting
- Ongoing management of the CDP to pull segments and insights in order to optimise owned channels.
- Segmentation and Customer Journey Mapping
- Implement Test and learn methodology for continuous improvement
- Improve customer data capture and optimise RFM (recency, frequency, monetary), ATV & CLV
- Provide a best in class experience in Marketing Automation tools, troubleshooting issues and maintaining best practices.
- Performance measurement & reporting-
- 6+ years marketing experience with at least 4 owning the CRM Channel
- Demonstratable experience in Acquisition & Retention
- Inquisitive, data-driven and outcomes focussed
- A creative thinker
- A desire to do things differently, push the boundaries and make real change
- Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in mentality
